Terms and Conditions – Individual Steel Framing Components

 

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of individual steel framing components, including but not limited to studs, tracks, trusses, bracers, and related light-gauge steel elements (“Products”).

 

Product Specifications & Intended Use

 

All individual components are manufactured based on the specifications listed in each product description, including dimensions, lengths, heights, gauge, coating, and general configuration.

Customers are solely responsible for verifying that all specifications—including but not limited to size, length, gauge, spacing, overhang assumptions, and application—meet their project requirements prior to purchase.

These products are intended as individual components, not as part of a fully engineered or project-specific structural system.

 

No Returns / No Refunds

 

Due to the custom and structural nature of the products:

• All sales are final.

• No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for products or payments once the order has been confirmed, paid, and/or produced.

Please review all specifications carefully before placing your order.

 

Engineering & Certification Disclaimer

 

Prices do not include structural engineering, sealed calculations, certifications, or Florida Product Approval.

No project-specific engineering is provided or implied with the purchase of individual components.

Any required engineering, verification, or certification must be obtained separately by the customer.

 

Design Assumptions & Support Conditions

 

Trusses and structural components are designed and manufactured based on the design assumptions detailed in each product listing, including specified overhangs.

Each product assumes a defined overhang length and a corresponding bearing or support point where appropriate hardware or connection (e.g., to an existing wall or structure) is required.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that proper supports, connections, and hardware are provided in accordance with applicable codes and project conditions.

 

Mechanical, Plumbing & Clearance Considerations

 

Customers must review stud spacing, diagonal bracing locations, and component layouts to verify compatibility with plumbing lines, electrical conduits, and HVAC ductwork prior to purchase and installation.

 

Pricing, Production & Delivery

 

• Prices do not include delivery or shipping.

• All products are available for pickup at our Kissimmee, Florida facility, on a date and time coordinated after payment confirmation.

• Production times vary depending on the quantity and type of components ordered.

• Delivery services may be quoted separately upon request.

• Pickup or delivery scheduling will be coordinated only after full payment has been received.

 

Final Acknowledgment

 

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• The products are purchased as individual components.

• Specifications have been reviewed and approved by the customer.

• No returns, refunds, or engineering services are included.

• Delivery and installation responsibilities are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
